The AKS Knee Support has a unique adjustable closure design with distal and proximal openings that allows for easy application and ability to fit various patient shapes. In addition, compression can be adjusted to the desirable level. Soft patellar buttress is adjustable and works in concert with closed popliteral sleeve to provide circumferential compression around the patella. Bilateral design fits left or right Knee. Coolflex version is breathable and lightweight for superior comfort.

Plastic hinges enhance the brace's ability to conform to the knee during flexion. Internal Skinloc pad and plastic hinges function synergisically to resist distal migration and vertical bunching.
